 It's Katharine's love child Hannah Zeile, the baseball player's diabetic daughter. She's definitely in an outfit that Kat might've worn before.

The "love child" thing was a joke, hence the strikethrough font effect. The little girl does look like a miniature McPhee, even though they're not related.

Juvenile Diabetes! This woman's heart is in the right place, this is why we all love Katharine. The haters never see this side of Kat (probably because they don't care to or they just have a permanent hatred towards her.) Whatever the reason, how can you not say that the pic where Kat is posing with that little girl is adorable and shows just how caring Kat really is? The haters are crazy if they still dislike Kat after this. And for an occasion, what a beautiful color, I love the blue, it matches her perfectly. I am curious as to what song Katharine sang....maybe we'll get a video of this heartfelt event. Thanks for posting the pics btw.

P.S. I know I haven't posted here in a long while (probably a couple months or more now) but it doesn't mean I don't care about Kat. I have been briefly keeping up with what Kat's been doing so I know the jist of it and am so happy to see her busy because that means great success. I've just been so busy lately preparing for my life after high school since this is my Senior year and I've really been working hard. I know in the end, it will all pay off and I'll feel relieved lol. Just thought I'd let everyone know (for those who care) what I've been doing lately.
