Ha there is no one in the chat. Unfortunately a lot of the regulars have went to an AIM chat because the chat on KMF breaks when too many people get in there. I have been unable to get the developers to fix the chat but will be purchasing a new chat in the next couple weeks.

Hey Chad, I had a couple of questions:

1.  How do you get single spacing in a post using the regular (not quick) reply box?

2.  Why can't I cut and paste text into the reply box?

3.  The quote option has gotten tricky.  Any chance of getting the box back that shows which part is in the quote, and which part isn't?

1.  I have asked the developers to fix that.

2. I don't know? I can?

3. Yeah I liked the box too, but this editor seems not to recognize it.  I asked the developers to give me a better option.   Just click about 4 spaces down from the original post and it should work.

Login, click on your name at the top of this page and you can change everything there.  I do not keep addresses anymore.  The new system allows me to exclude that field.

I'm trying to order CDs from Amazon through this site, but it absolutely will not let me do so. I don't know where the exact problem is, unless it's the link with KMF because I've ordered from Amazon before. Just trying to be a good little KMFer if this site gets something good from the association. But if I repeatedly cannot get the order to go through, I'll have to go to them directly. Anyone else have this problem?

I'm having trouble with posting/editing messages - I usually can only post using the Quick Reply at the bottom. Whenever I click Quote or Reply to an existing message, the posting page comes up with the smilies along the side, but the message entry box does not appear. Same thing happens if I try to create a new thread.

I'm using Firefox 1.0.4.

My problem is: I can't change my avatar..When I go to edit profile, I click remove, and then add new avatar, then it said Profile has been update! but the avatar is the same I had before! What can I do?

^ I wouldn't mind having that option.

Another suggestion/request.  Show more topics per page, particularly in "kat chat" where a topic that is still relevant gets bumped down to page two.

Actually, if you are signed in, it does go to the first unread post. I don't get why it isn't working for you?

As for topics per page, I will talk to Bill about adding 5-10 more topics.

I have a problem and I'd rather not start a new thread drawing attention to it.

My problem is, this site takes too much time to load. It took me 45 minutes for the site to open, allow me to login, check my PMs *somehow automatically went there*, go to website and then wait for this page to load.

I was wondering if it's a problem with my explorer.. I use the standard IE. Internet's 3x faster than Dial Up.

If that's not the problem, I was hoping you would consider creating a custom plain skin with no fancy text or flashy buttons, maybe it could even have a no avatar feature, just about as simple as it could get for fast usage (If anyone else has the problem I have). Maybe you could even have a number of skins so people could choose/ make their own.

Sorry it took so long for me to find this Yuv.

All I can say is that I'll look into it. I know that sometimes, with certain ISPs, page loading can be V E R Y slow, and having a "fast load" option would be great. But I don't know how hard (or possible) that would be to implement.
