awesome! EIG is really hands down THE BEST song on the album...and im very very upset it never got recognition from RCA as a single...really really really REALLY disappointing. i cant help but think kat's CD could have possibly gone platinum if that was released. its just a great song..hmmmmm. :'(

Well, at least it got to be a single somewhere. I still believe EIG & NUG could have been hit singles with the right promotion from RCA. If South Africa is any indication, Love Story may have been able to do pretty well too if they had cared to push it.

Yes, I think RCA really missed the boat on EIG and especially, Not Ur Girl. They missed their big chance to promote NUG after it was featured on AI 06 Top 12 Girls! I think it's a shame what is going on with who decides what is played on the radio! Those two songs had "the sound" of todays hits even if I do prefer Kat's ballads. However, I like driving the car and "YUK" cleaning house to those up-tempo tunes!

That last remark I made needs to be clarified less anyone thinks that I've never listened to EIG! I know it's not an uptempo tune but, I was listening to NUG when I was typing my last post! We "seniors" tend to have trouble "multi-tasking" thoughts as we listen to one thing, while typing about another!
