I got sucked into a trip to the Chuck E. Cheese and missed the countdown. So fifth, huh? Hmmmm, that isn't great but I "voted" more today than ever, so I guess I'll continue. 10 for 10 on countdowns this week, that is the bottom line...good work.

Interesting again that she always nails 1 or 2, sometimes 3 at High Noon but not quite as good on 9 at 9. I am sure the demos area bit different on 9 at 9 and more people participating as well. Plus this is a Friday and you may get more people in a "party" mood requesting for stuff a bit edgier (all but Duff's tune fit the bill). William, have you been tracking how she does each day of the week to see if there are any patterns emerging like she is always does much better on a Monday vs. a Friday? Patterns might help determine why she does better on same days versus others. It may not be that people are slacking off at all. Just a thought.

I'd bet anything that there are quite a few more people making requests in the evening. That would make the results that much more difficult for us to 'steer' our way.

All the way down to seventh place tonight guys, we really need to find a way to help Katharine with this and pronto. This is still pretty big for her. Even with the increased base of stations spinning it this Z100 9@9 spin is big.

Do you know how the voting works, do the votes continue to accrue throughout the day?   Is she leading the race at noon and then dropping back six positions by nine at nine, because that seems rather hard to fathom.  Katharine needs more support in this 9@9, somehow, some way.

Anyone out there with unlimited text messaging can start firing those off every chance they get.  Emails need to increase too.  I'm going to try  to hit morning and evening tomorrow with all my email account multiple times and fill the online form in a couple of times too.

We do need to keep pushing Z100 as much as we can. All of it is important. As long as she makes the list that is great, but once we settle for 7th our voting will reflect that and soon she will drop off the 9. The next two weeks are BIG for Kat in trying to really make something happen with this single. So don't rest on your laurels now fans. Vote like you are trying to get her to #1. Z100 played her 47 times again this past week which was great. If you keep her up high on the list, odds are they will keep those spins high, which means LOTs of AIs, I think right now that the best way you can promote Kat is to make Z100 your TOP priority in terms of voting. It gets her heard by the masses, helps single and album sales, and important to her Billboard Chart position as well. So keep it #1 on your list!

Just a heads up to people who participate and try to help Kat in these countdowns. She dropped down in the noon countdown and that doesn't bode well for the 9@9 so vote today and make sure she makes the the Romeo countdown too. Let's not give up these crucial extra spins easily!

Over It was in ninth place tonight (yep, you read that right dead last) and the run ends tomorrow unless somebody starts to vote. Maybe the good citizens of New York will save the day for Katharine....again.

I think z100 is too big for us to totally turn the tide but maybe we can move her up a spot or two and finish the week on both countdowns.

Too big could be right but one thing folks can do besides making sure you use the request line, both emails and the equest form, is to get others you know (family, friends, etc. ) who will do this for you as well because they love you and you love Kat. Just make it easy for everyone on your e-mail list by providing links directly in an the email you send them. We get a plethora of those "Do this email or have bad luck for 100 years" or whatever. This would actually be a legitimate request to all those on your email to help a rising star. Something people can actually feel good about, take some ownership in her success. Just leave out the bad luck for 100 years part. I am sure a lot of you have already tried this. But if not, give it a shot. Tell them all of your passion for Kat and that you would appreciate their supporting her. Gosh, we do it for political candidates all the time. My point is lets reach beyond this group and what we can individually do and get to our entire email dbase. And ask them to pass it on to theirs. You know that if only one ore two respond and they push it forward, interesting things can start to happen!

Or just take your email address book and fill the z100 form out once for everyone in your address book, create a New York address if you can think of one  is z100 really going to spam them any worse than people already do....not likely.

If you've got unlimited text messaging on your cell phone plan use it like a crazy person for the next 24 hours.  Hit Z100 with texts till the tips of your fingers start to numb up.
