I can't remember exactly who it was that pointed it out (I think it was either CRB or dbroom), her position on the countdown is secondary to the fact that she's on there at all.  Spins is spins.

Yes you did spree, but I might have beat you to it.    Of course, the counterpoint  to that is 8 might be getting close too close to  10 for comfort and being dropped off the list completely.

True that spins is spins, however, the buzz for being # 1 is important as it may potentially generate new spins from other stations. This is Z100 we;re talking about.

yea i'd be happy if she moved up a few spots....i'd be happy with #5
but honestly I think that they are doing this on purpose....there were probably too many requests coming in for the song and they knew that they weren't all from the NY area. Just seems a little off to me because I haven't changed my requests this whole time....

Thanks William. I vote every day on two different computers for e-mail and text as well. So count three votes for me each day. I usually throw in another song too that I would like to see on the list, but not one that will compete, older tunes that have been out a while but are not on the top 9 or top 5 at noon. I actually would like to hear these songs on the top 9, but I doubt many other people will, so no competition for OI.

Since she has been #2 the past few days it will be interesting if she does well again tomorrow if they might bump her plays a bit for the week, she is down about 2 spins a day from her peak on Z100.
