The style of answering is very much like how she speaks. Kat has a very special and unique way of saying things, especially in interviews. Usually it's straight forward with a little sense of joking, kind of goofy and not very serious, and not very detail oriented. If you really pay attention to what she said in most of the interviews, it's not that difficult to identify her. If this person is fake, he/she is really good at imitating her. I'm surprised that you have doubts on this. edit: Haha.... maybe that was me! Notice any resemblance between her username and mine?

I'm surprised that you have doubts on this. I agree. A total cynic could say that much of what she said in the interview was said in past interviews and could have been copied. But I see it as confirmation that it's actually Kat, because of the consistency. A couple things consistent with what Kat has said in the past.... being in competition with herself, she says "everybody is saying that" (a phrase she has used a number of times), talks about the importance of making "smart choices" in her career, and is hopeful about her fans enjoying her single.
