We've received confirmation today that Katharine will be appearing at Andrea Bocelli's concerts during his June tour of the U.S.  Concert dates and ticket information can be found on Ticketmaster.com:

Wow, does anyone think there is a way to get a DVD or VHS of the concert. I live in Indiana and there is no way that I can attend a concert in California. I guess it is wishful thinking. Not to be cruel, but Kat is leaving Taylor in the dust.

That's awesome!!!! Even though I most definitely can't go that's still awesome for her! She is doing amazing things! She's gonna be at the tweeter center though which is 18 minutes from my house! But we just spent $2700 on Idol tickets and these tickets are in the $200 range so I highly doubt I'd be able to go, if she's even gonna be there. Everyone wants Kat!!! <3

I wouldn't be believing this 100% yet. Who knows this Melodie? It is her first post here. She also posted to the AI boards. Who knows how official bocellionline.com is? I'm still not hearing anything from anywhere else on this. The link she gives to ticket master doesn't mention it either.

All we have here is one website and one person posting to message boards.

Well, I really hope it's true, I'm trumpeting the news on my website too, with a disclaimer. So why is there nothing else at all out there about it? I have looked at your website and it does look respectable. I even phoned the ticketmaster operation and they aren't even aware of the rumour. Soooo...I hope so, that would be a great coup for Katharine, but I'm just a tad too experienced to trust everything on the internet 100%!

Does anyone have any link to anything other than an unofficial website whose owner as a first time poster to these boards was the one who broke the news? I'm just not buying this, its been 3 days now and there isn't anything anywhere! Seems to be just a rumour here and on the AI boards, nowhere else.

I really hope it would be true but I'm just not seeing it.

I love A Bocelli and have purchased his CD - Would be interesting to have the two of them duet - I think Kat has the range for it -Sam as I would like to see two "pure" voices such as Kat duet with Josh Gosban (spelling?).. Another fav of mine....
