The theme is 50's.  I am partial to Mrs. Patsy Cline (cause I am kin to her), and I would love to hear Katharine sing....Walking After Midnight.   I would like to hear her sing Crazy too but that was made in 1961.  Anyways, what do you guys think?

I just thought of another one- "What A Difference A Day Makes" (Dinah Washington) Now I think that would be perfect for Katharine!

Katharine seems to be most comfortable with up-tempo R&B. That said, its hard thinking of any really popular crowd-pleasing up-tempo R&B '50s songs that would suit Kat. Though it's not up-tempo, "Smoke Gets in Your Eyes" fits the bill with popularity and would be a nice fit with Katharine's style.

I thought Katharine might sing "Who Can I Turn To?" by Tony Bennett. I don't know if that is a 1950's song.

 I agree that Katharine is certainly comfortable with uptempo R&B, but I think that she's a great jazz singer, too. How about the way she did God Bless the Child in her audition - Wow! I can picture her doing a terrific job on jazz standards like Fever, Cry Me A River, and What A Difference A Day Makes!
