So much negativity.  Well at least I have you guys.  The only thing I like about the other board is there are a lot of people so things tend to move faster, although many of the threads are really pointless, some are fun.  Over here there is a lot more substance, probably because we're ALL Kat fans.  I'll choose quality over quantity any day.  It wouldn't hurt if some of the newbies jumped in on the discussions. Anyone else share my sentiment?  Am I wasting my time over there?

BigShady, try recruiting some people from that board. A lot from that board don't even know about KMF, and when they do they ask themselves why they were in such a negative forum like the official AI board. I agree with you, quality over quantity.

I always go to the Official AI board. I try not to let the bashing bother me. Every single one of the idols will get bashed, no matter what they do, and we can't stop it. If it bothers you a lot though, you should stay over here; where Kat NEVER gets bashed.

This is the first season i've ventured onto those boards. All the bashing on the Official Website bothered me at first but I gradually learn to let it not bother me.

The way I see it is if people are talking about Katharine then more people will want to see her whether they heard good things or bad things. And when they finally do see her...how can they resist her?

Anyway, my belief is almost all of those hardcore bashers dont care who wins and just want to stir up trouble.

I know I shouldn't let it bother me, and it usually doesn't. Sometimes those idiots are kinda funny. It just gets rediculous sometimes. Anyway, I'll get over it, but I'll never get over Katharine.

As Chad suggests here, Bigshady, I really believe anyone who joins us here will be grateful for the tip. Every time I go post anything at the AI big boards I come away thankful for the much more meaningful, substantive, positive posts over here! BTW, I REALLY LIKE your sig....

I agree, this board has more consistent, discernible substance than any other of the 'all-inclusive' AI discussion (disgusting?) boards I've visited, and it is the best 'Kat dedicated' board out there. I told Chad that visiting other boards was like a trip to the 'nether world' where you have to deal with demons, and wallow through a ton  of crud, but when I return here, it's like finding an oasis...it's got a good mixture of ideas from a variety of contributors...and I've only seen one 'poster' who was over-the-top with vulgarity and the mods zapped him (not you RP) pretty quick. It also helps that we have such an ideal focal point in Kat too.

All the negativity is created to take Kat down.... we should known better then to answer to those.

Smart Dedicated Kat Fans know where is the best place to support Kat!

We just need to Keep positive thoughts, positive posts, and positive attitude as her Fans.

Some real interesting points Big Shady. I honestly checked out the AI boards once or twice and felt like I was going to get a seizure from staring at some of the "posters" blend signatures.
What type of negative comments did you see over there? Just curious..

AI12345 - does the KatPack have their own forum space on another board?

I am not being biased by any means, but I just don't understand how anyone could down Kat McPhee. She has a great voice, good family life, stunning looks.....

I agree.

Makes sense. I've got nothing against the other contestants or their fans, but I feel like I have to take them down (on Tuesdays from 9 - 11 pm).

I kinda got used to the AI board from last year.  The term I use is "Brutal"....specially when my idol is very high profile.  Boy, did they bash him to no end.  But I did not care.  I'm like William Wallace when I go there.  My face painted, my sword by my side and ready for the bloodshed cuz no one....i mean no one puts baby in the corner .

So, I search around for the right message board.  I lurked around here for several weeks before I decided I'd join.  Glad I did.  This message board is clean and mature and simple.  Thanks Noni and everyone else.  Glad I can come home from the battle.
