I don't know much about zabasearch, or their track record, but they claim to actually be able to monitor (count)  all 800 number calls in the US. Here is a link: http://www.zabasearch.com/ai_stats.php To summarize, they have Kat #1 with 31% of the vote, followed by Kellie with 21%, then Elliott with 15%. Their bottom 3 are Taylor (13%), Chris (12%) and Paris (8%). This conflicts with dialidol.com, which has the bottom 3 as Kat or Elliott, Kellie, and Paris- with Paris or Kellie going home. I guess we'll just have to wait until tonight to find out for sure, but it certainly looks like Kat is SAFE for one more week!

You're quick my friend. I was just about to start the same topic on a new thread. Pretty interesting to see which data will be more accurate tonight.

Do you by any chance have the zabasearch data from last week's show as compared with dialidol results.?

^Unfortunately no. I've never seen their stats before. Just happened to find the site while searching today.

The totals they listed for last week matched the actual results perfectly (at least, the bottom 3 was correct.) Since we never learn anything other than the bottom three, the accuracy of the rest is unknown.

Some people have said that these numbers reflect the text-messaged votes, but that makes no sense. If you add up the numbers for all the votes, you get the 30 million or so votes AI claims to get. But are these real numbers? Who knows?

Sorry Bill. My server provider has capped KMF to use only 3ghz of processor because it was shutting down other websites on the same server. I just ordered the new server and it should be up for next week.

That's cool...thanks for checking RWSIMON. I agree that it doesn't make sense because it seems like the totals listed on the bar graph add up to the Totals that Ryan references for land line calls, cellphone calls, and text messaging..

Does anyone know if this data is from a reputable source?? (the zabasearch data)

I have a feeling the data is bogus...last week when Kellie bombed it showed Kellie with +9M votes.... it even showed me with 12 votes...bal...bla...

Speaking of results, I understand the basic principles of how DialIdol works, but I don't understand how they convert the raw data into the DialIdol Rank..

Every week it seems Kat is leading in virtually every 'raw numbers' statistical category...Busy Signals...Votes...Totals...thereby indicating Kat's lines are experiencing the highest amount of activity?...yet when they release the DialIdol Rank...Kat is 3-4-5th or certainly not in first...so wazup wit dat?

^Dialidol takes all their user's busy percentages and adjusts them by some geographical factor to arrive at the ranking. The "raw numbers" are what's used by dialidol to calculate the busy percentages (busy signals/calls). The "raw numbers" only show that most dialidol users are Kat fans, they are statistically insignificant, and they mean nothing in the big picture.

As much as I would love this to be true, zabasearch is COMPLETELY BOGUS. They predicted Paris to leave last week, but suddenly changed their data to Ace when Ace left. Also, Nigel himself said in an interview that they got in about 45.6 million votes this week, third most in AI history (Fantasia finale was first, followed by Carrie's finale). If you add the numbers up in zabasearch, it'll only be about 32 million max. So yup, I would love it if this was true, but this site is pretty much meaningless.

^I did read that they got the bottom 3 correct for last 3 weeks. And it is possible that the text votes account for the descrepency. But we shall see in a little over 1 hour.

BUSTED: ZABASEARCH.COM IS TOTALLY BOGUS!

They were wrong about everyone's vote count except maybe Kat and Paris. And now they're changing their chart to reflect the actual results.
Meanwhile dialidol continues to be very accurate, they predicted Paris and Kellie in the bottom 2, with everyone else bunched pretty close together.
