I still would really like Kat to try 'The First Time I Even Saw Your Face'...have you ever heard Celine Dion's version....if you haven't...it's worth a listen...go ahead....I'll wait..................................................................................see.....do you know what I mean now....I can just really picture Kat singing that song....if she could deliver it with the same touch as Celine (and I think she could...not to put undue pressure on Kat)  it's mostly lower range throughout,  with the option of kicking it into the upper registry....man if she could pull that off...it would really be awesome....and definitely better than Mama Cass, and Muskrat Love!

I want Kat to sing "At Last" I loveeee that song.
That was my wedding song. Ahhh..that would be pretty sweet!

Don't know if this was posted on another thread, so I'll ask: Has anyone seen a spoiler on what Kat is actually singing tonight?

Someone posted at the official board. The rumor is she's singing I Will Always Love You (Kellie's singing Celine's Because You Love Me). Another rumor is Kat is singing You're  Still The One and Kellie will be singing I Will Always Love You.  I don't believe it though.

I still think Kat could really shine on "I Will Always Love You". She should sing closer to the Linda Ronstadt and original Dolly Parton versions though, and not try to do Whitney style power belting. I believe Kats clean, pure vocals would sound wonderful on the chorus- it goves me chills just imagining it. But then these performance day rumours are usually wrong.

I should add that Andrea Bocelli's producer David Foster produced Whitney's version of  IWALY, so that adds a little veracity to the rumour that someone will sing it. And if it's Kellie, that may be entertaining as well.

That's a tough call...if she doesn't power it out, people will say she wimped out (no one on this board though)...I hope she does power it...she will bury the competition....I’m nervous…and I’m not singing in front of 30 million people tonight…it’s incredible what those contestants go through….Kat’s going to be ‘The Bomb’ tonight…I feel it…
