First song that came to mind has always reminded me of Katharine. She's very down to earth and doesn't put on any shows. I admire that she's willing to put her true self out there for the world to see. She knows she'll be criticized for it, but I hope she also knows that her fans love her for it. This song epitomizes Katharine's journey with her fans. Kat and her fans were a unit during the season, and although some Elliot, Chris, Taylor fans, etc...try to put us down by saying their favorites belonged in the finals, that doesn't faze us because we know Kat deserved to be there, and that's why we put her there. We helped her reach that dream of performing at the Kodak Theater and being happy and relaxed for the first time during the competition. The second verse is especially accurate. We silenced the naysayers and sent Chris and Elliot packing, and we didn't give up even faced with such adversity. The other fanbases have yet to cease mentioning that time and time again. We stunned a nation! (referring to Elvis week).They thought they'd see us fall And know that we showed them all And this is good for Kat just in case she ever feels undeserving, she can look back and see that she earned it and that her true fans will forever have faith in her.
