I was going to register my account to iTunes so that I can download her single tomorrow. However, I can't change the country to Indonesia (there is no Indonesia in the country option) for my billing address. Is buying digitally is limited to certain countries? Please help ...

I'm afraid so. Itunes has only allowed downloads for certain countries. Amazon is one alternative where you can buy CD. iTunes has only 128kbps sampling rate for their music downloads. CD quality is better in my opinion. Cheers!
