Remember how the top 3 get to show videos of home towns/schools etc.? Well, our resident Field Agent (my little brother) tells me the the video was filmed the other day at her/our old high school. They crammed half of the school into the gym, made posters, and attempted to get them to show spirit... I say "attempted" because the kids don't even stand up at football games anymore. The team just wins so much, that the games are boreing. "The score is 72 - 0 again? YAWN!" Sad, I know, but they're high school kids. What can you do? My brother was laughing because the only people who really seemed to be interested were the girls who were BIG Idol fans and the guys who think Katharine's hot. Who would blame the others, really? They don't remember anyone from the Class of 2002. REGUARDLESS, in a few weeks, you'll get to see cheerleaders, the marching band (My bro's a member and so was I), Kat's mom and sister, and my Alma Mater. I don't promise anything sensational... I agree. If she makes the top three, it'll be really exciting! But we have to get her there first... that's not gonna be easy... She has to get through this swamp of raving girls first.
