Katharine has been left OFF of the new NOW CD compilation!!!

There was no spot for Over It or Love Story but they included Carrie, Kelly Clarkson, Elliot and their precious Chris!!

This would have been great exposure for Katharine.  Why is Sony treating her like this?????

RCA is not the only record label in the world. People keep mentioning RCA's treatment of Elliott and Paris. Paris records for 306 records and Elliott for Hickory Records, so that would be the answer to why Sony is treating them in a certain way.

I guess I'm just shocked. They have a chance to promote her and her album here, and they didn't take it. Let's face it, that's all those Now Cd's are, promotions. Yet they include a failed song like Kelly's and Eliot, even though he's not even major label. Tell me, did Kat come in second or not?? Just venting, I think they are hanging her out to dry.

They are missing out on Kat. Honestly if people want to hear her
they will pay $$$$ and buy her CD and ultimately this will increase
the total number of CD's sold to achieve gold and ultimately
platinum status !! Don't worry guys, Katherine is a blessed child
who ultimately will surprise all the people who have made it hard
for her to come ahead and we THE FANS will have the last laugh !!!

Yep I saw this earlier, Kat is getting screwed big time, and she's the best singer out of all of them. IMO.

hmmm? strange things are certainly happening in the Clive Davis camp? No Kat on this CD and the news of Kelly Clarkson's tour is gone along with her firing her manager.Hmmm?

Just be ready for Love Story to blast off this summer, and if it doesn't , I'll give every member of KMF a penny, lol!

The reason they didn't include Kat was simply because her single wasn't a hit. It just didn't land with the public and unfortunately thats gonna happen sometimes. Elliott's single, however, is doing very well on radio. His AI appearance along with his tour and various radio appearances have boosted his sales. The reason Kat is doing poorly is not because of the record company. They did everything necessary to put her album out there to the public, she's gotten a lot of press. Unfortunately those songs just did not do it for the public. I like her album but I can see why it's not the next big thing. I think she is beautiful and has a fantastic voice but sometimes the formula just doesn't work out. We're all fans here, but that doesn't mean everyone in the world has to see it. Just like maybe some of you are not fans of Elliott or Chris or Taylor, other people like them. It's just a matter of taste and everyone knows you cant impose your taste on others.
