Ok well I figured z100 would just start playing Love Story ... but apparently that hasn't happened yet. So I called a few minutes ago and I said "Can you please play the new Katharine McPhee song?" (I didn't want it to be obvious that I was a obsessed fan ) So the girl goes "Love Story?" and I said "Yes" and she goes "I don't think we've added it yet, but I'll put your request in"!! So basically I think we need to call them and show them there is a demand for the song so they will add it faster - Z100 played such a HUGE part in Over It, so we need to get them on board from the start!! So if everyone can call at least once - I think it would make a HUGE difference 1-800-242-0100 Also, Romeo is the Music Director- here is his email address : romeo@z100.com Thanks ... Well Z100 started playing OI 9 days AFTER the adds date so if we get tham started earlier this is a big plus! Today is day 1 of a long campaign and it's getting exciting!! Not sure that was bad news, we just need to let them know we want them to start!!!

Its not bad news at all.... I also have been calling since last week, I reached my friend today who works with Shelley with the noon countdown show... She told me they would probably break in Love Story on Thursday or Friday, and that Z100 breaks new songs in officially on those 2 days... Also, on a seperate note, this person never really cared for "Over It", but she told me today she finally heard "Love Story" and that she LOVES it.... so..... maybe this is GOOD NEWS.... already someone who didnt like "OVER IT" , really likes "LOVE STORY".... Lets just keep calling Z100 for the next 2 days and requesting "Love Story" and we'll get Kat rolling again

I have been trying to do the same. I only request for the "Interactive 9 at 9", with Romeo, and one of the songs, I request for the "Interactive 9 at 9", is: "Love Story" by Katharine McPhee. If you were wondering, the 2005 winner, Carrie Underwood, has "Before He Cheats", at #9 tonight, and right after her is, Elliott Yamin's new single, "Wait For You." I think what we could use when LS really gets going is one of those abbreviated threads with a little bit of everything, like the one I found at IDF and copied over here. It incorporated: --satellite radio --tv (VH1, MTV to vote for videos) --the BIG radio stations (more helpful if all they ask for is your email because then it isn't obvious that you don't live in their immediate area) --anything else anyone can think of, like the AI poll We're kind of in a transition period right now and a lot of those sites are either still showing Over It or have removed her name. We could probably use a totally new thread. I've gone back to dbroom's site which has most of this stuff plus a lot of local radio stations.
