I'm not sure Minnie wants to be called Maxxie --but I just want to give some kudos here to M and Phil for their relentless cheerleading here in getting people to vote on this and other things. I've voted on this VH1 Top 20 a number of times (yes, I actually took the time to fill out most of the other slots on the list too)--and it shows that using those wild cards work. When it comes to wild cards, you sometimes feel it's as useless as writing in Donald Duck in a Presidential voting booth. Though it'd be interesting to see how many wild cards they got for "Katharine McPhee" AND "Katherine McPhee." I'd wager to guess it was 50-50 (as it is with search engine results under both spellings)...despite all hopefully counting. This was the last place we were conquering in getting Kat to the top. This shows an interesting process of how the fanbase focus on one place at a time. I think everybody was so focused on TRL for a while that VH1 didn't get the tremendous votes that it obviously got later. It was probably a blessing TRL went on hiatus for a while so Kat's voting base could focus on this one thing. It all was perfect timing too. Even that DJ on the show seemed surprised she knocked Chris out of first place. Ok, Phil...time for you to get back to work on those space shuttle missions. Though I guess TRL is going to be back on any time now. All kidding aside, we appreciate what you've done and do...
