I think that is a line that Ryan Seacrest used at some point on Idol but it has sort of become a tag line for Katharine and I've heard it many times elsewhere.

It was Ryan Seacrest who said that when they were using stuff like that to start the show at the beginning of season 6. It was sort of a montage on season 5, but they only did that for the first couple of weeks.
