As our dedicated forum host has said, "Kat needs your help! Her new single, Over It, is currently being voted on at trl.mtv.com and vh1.com. It is very important to keep her on these shows because it exposes her to millions that may not have heard it on the radio yet."
But Kat faces a unique problem at TRL: She's a brand new artist to many there, and is competing with long-established performers already well known to the TRL "teenie-bopper" & "twenty-something" demographic, and unless we can all work hard enough to overcome that disadvantage, she'll simply fall off the top 10 chart long before her "Over It" video is "retired" in about 3 more weeks!
Therefore, I want to invite any Kat fan that wants to help Kat to contact me DIRECTLY by email at nasaman@bellsouth.net for specific suggestions that I've evolved over the last 2 1/2 weeks in extensive assistance by email to many, many Kat fans on the subject of highly-effective online voting for Kat. Just ask for "Info on voting for Kat".

Here's what's needed, as our Bigshady put it on another thread: "We just need more people to get involved, ie. new fans (and old ones who don't come around anymore). Hopefully they'll find their way to this site or one of the other fan sites and see what we are doing and decide to join in." In other words, KMF can't really expect to do this all by ourselves --we need to expand our voting promotional efforts to all the other fan sites. But my own posts are ONLY here at KMF....
So here's my plea to anyone who can help:
Anyone here who's able, PLEASE copy/paste the subject of this topic, HOW TO HELP KAT AT TRL, over to any of the other Kat-fan (or even Kat-friendly) sites you currently post to or just visit, to open this same topic over there. Also copy/paste the 1st three paragraphs (ONLY those above the ===== line above) of this opening post (modified as you think appropriate) over to that same fan site as an opening post under this same topic over there. This simple act will greatly increase the exposure of how important it is to vote for Kat at TRL, and should motivate hundreds if not thousands more of Kat's fans to begin voting, and keep voting, for her at TRL every day, including many who have never voted at TRL (or elsewhere) yet.
For my part, I promise to respond to any Kat fan from any other forum in offering assistance I've learned in my own voting at ALL voting/request sites, as well as at TRL, over the last 2 1/2 weeks or so.
I've already begun getting direct emails requesting "Info on voting for Kat" from Kat fans else-where! In fact, I just got an email back from one fan I had responded to saying "...it is working great" and thanking me! So someone must have already opened this same topic on another Kat Fan forum.
Please, everybody, take credit here for your initiative in opening a topic like this at another forum --i.e, let us know what you've done elsewhere (and so we don't duplicate anywhere).
KEEP IT UP, KAT FANS!!!!!! WE'LL PROVE TO THE WORLD ONCE AGAIN THAT WE REALLY DO KNOW HOW TO VOTE!!!!
