I really believe that Better Off Alone is the best selection on the CD because it is only Katharine and the band. The song shows her true talents and abilities: excellent vocal range, tone, quality, even some improvisation, and it is represents the main reasons everyone loves Katharine so much. I am sure that all three back up singers are very talented but these were not needed on some of the other songs, though Katharine may not have had a role in making decisions about which songs receive back up. Katharine is better than all three singers combined and does not need anyone else to help her along. The album is great anyway and I will always love her and everything she does, because she is a class performer and always has had excellent musical skills.
