DJ Phlubs Phifteen Minutes of Phame - Phalls Phlat on Phace

A Washington DJ, Kane, upset over the fact that he did not get to meet Katharine McPhee, tried to make the beautiful singing star look bad on his radio show.
Using a worn out technique long ago discarded by such broadcasting illuminaries as Howard Stern, Jerry Springer and Dan Rather, an inexperienced intern from the station was given the task of interviewing Ms. McPhee, armed with a series of questions penned by the DJ and purposefully ignoring the request from the songstress that her personal life not be discussed. As could be expected, Ms. McPhee was not pleased with the direction the interview had taken, and politely expressed her displeasure.
Fans of Ms. McPhee were quick to jump on the offensive, and fan sites dedicated to the singer were abuzz with talk of the interview and the sleazy methods employed by the DJ to draw attention to himself. It soon became apparent to all that a media war was underway, with Mr. Kane using the airwaves as
