Hey kat good job at what you are best at doing. You have all of our respect and love. You Are a person who i think my mom would love me to look up too. So you know i do . I always Stuck up for you when people said not very nice coments about you. I know you are going to blossom. Now that you are almost done on the tour you can blossom in what ever career way you wanna. I hope you never thought that we didnt love you because we all did from the beginning. When i was watching american idol and you were in the bottom three i started crying i was so sad. I was just kinda mad that i didnt vote more than i had the night before.
Well i hope you know how much we love you.


Hope to see you when you go on your VERY OWN TOUR.... I will see you there

Do you know how awesome you are? Seriously, lol. You are stunningly beautiful with an incredible voice to match. I've been a loyal fan of yours since the very beginning and plan on sticking with you for the long haul, lol. I truly believe the Kat Pack/McPhans is the most loyal fan base out of them all; it's not difficult to see why. You're just... incredible. It's just amazing that you're able to impact so many people's lives with your voice and personal stories. You're an inspiration to us all. I never knew I could feel this way towards someone who I've never even met and probably will never get a chance to since I'd most likely THUD(lol) if I got within ten feet of you. There's just so much to say but I can't find the right words to express it. Just know that we, your fans, are behind you in what ever you choose to do. We trust you. We adore you. You mean a LOT to us, Kat; more than you'll ever know. I'm eagerly waiting for your album and to go to your very first solo tour! It's going to be great. I wish you the very best in all that you do in the future. Love ya, Kat.

It sure has been a pleasure writing to you during the idol run and the concert tour.  I do hope all the fan letters you have received have encouraged and inspired you.  For a young woman of 22, you really have reached out and touched (thank you Diana Ross) so many people of all ages.
 
I recently read in the September 11th edition of OK magazine a photo caption from Carrie Underwood, which she stated, "I sometimes consider myself an elected official because my fans voted me into office."  In a lot of ways that is true and I thought provides a good analogy of the American Idol competition that I wanted to share with you.  Your constituents (fans) liked your agenda (talent, personality, likeability factor, etc.) and we voted for you and got you to a great position in the "American Idol 2006 Election."  This summer you went out and thanked those who voted for you by shaking hands, hugging people, kissing babies, taking zillions of photos and beginning to sell your agenda.  Fortunately, there aren't any re-elections to worry about, as this is the time to promote your agenda (CDs, Movies, TV, etc.) to your constituents.  Kat, I have complete faith in your agenda -  it will be supported and loved by many, so just do your thing and you'll be successful; and remember your constituents will be here for you through thick and thin.  Can you tell I like politics?  LOL, I was thinking about that analogy the other day and thought, hmm? . . .  I think I'll write about that to Kat in this letter.  Okay, one more thing I need to write about . . .
 
I watched the Dr. Ablow show this week and have to say Kat, that you have impressed me even more, if that is possible.  I read and knew about your story, but to hear you tell it on TV was so brave and courageous.  I loved what the Good Doctor said too, "You are human first before being an artist," - something to that regard.  Kat, you did something that a lot of people would not do - you cared about others first before your career - what an honorable and unselfish act.  You really are a true role model and a person that deserves all the good things that I know are going to happen for you.  Thank you Kat for being one of those special people in the world.

Hey Kat,-- With the ending of the tour, you have completed another phase of your successful journey. The tour probably had it's ups and downs, but I think of all of the new fans you have made with your awesome performances, the dedicated fans who were able to attend the concerts, and then those who even got to meet you. These concerts have been very special to all of your fans. I am so glad that you had the opportunity to sing in bigger venues and were able to express yourself more freely than on AI.  Attending the shows in Tacoma and Houston and seeing you perform LIVE were incredible experiences for me that I will never forget. However, I did not get to meet you yet. In Houston I was really close to the right corner of the stage so I could see how beautiful you are. You were extremely energetic, playful and happy, happy that night with your big smile and a sparkle in your eyes..You have really spoiled us, first by being able to watch you on A I every week, and then following you on the tour through recaps, videos and photos provided by your fans at each of the venues. I will really miss following your experiences! On A I your talent, beauty, and charisma were very obvious, but during and since then I have found out so much more about your inner self . These qualities make you a very special, unique person who I can't help caring so much about, and I will always be here for you.

 You should feel so proud of yourself Kat, for everything you have already accomplished both in your personal life and with your career!!  I'm sure there are some things we are not even aware of yet. We love surprises!! You have helped so many people by openly discussing problems you have dealt with and by being so strong during unexpected set backs. You also have given so much inspiration and joy to all of your dedicated fans and brought many of us together on the kmf site. Thank you for everything Kat!  We are of so proud of you!!  Now we are all anxiously awaiting the release of your album. I'm sure with your planning and input it will be fantastic.  I'm also looking forward to your solo tour. You have mentioned being aware of the importance of making the right decisions. Remember, we will always be here to support and love you what ever you choose to persue and if any unexpected things come up. You have already proven you have what it takes to be very successful, and being multi -talented will give you many opportunities, so don't doubt yourself. Keep moving forward and make some more of your dreams come true!! ---Love ya Kat, and take care!
