Hey guys as you know I was making a message book for Kat. Well things changed last night, and I had different passes instead of the ones I thought i was getting. Well, needless to say, I didnt get a chance to give Kat the messagebook. So I want to make it bigger, and better, so post away, post whatever you want, pictures, poems, etc. I am going to make it nicer! I really want to have it done by the LA concert, and maybe Chad can help me out by getting it to her, i dont know how that will work yet, but thats my gift for her! I havent given her anything yet, and I really really want too... so have at it guys! Be as a short as you want, or as long as you want. I dont care! Ill tell you guys when to stop, but for now, bombard me mcbabies!!! ~Ash

A lot of the original notes made reference to the McPhoot incident which had just happened. Do you still plan to include these?

KATHARINE!! I`m Ashley from New Jersey. I have written to you before but I have new things to tell you. One thing that remains the same is I LOVE YOU and you are my idol!! =] I am one of those people that caught there case of McPheever at the auditiong rounds. I know I had a bad case because I would catch myself talking about you and not even knowing it. My friends who didn`t watch American Idol know every little thing about you because I would just constantly talk about you Wednesdays after your performance and Thursdays after the result show! Now, you are probably scared of me but I just look up to you so much. Not only have you showed me that you are talented, and gorgeous,sincere, you are a role model to many girls, and that would include me. I am a 14 year old,singer also. I have been singing since I was age 3. I know this is weird because Somwhere Over The Rainbow was your best song, but at age 3 I would get up put on my Dorothy dress and sing that song. I guess I have always had a passion for singing. Since I am a singer I have so many confident problems with myself. I just saw flaws in myself. That was until you, Katharine came along. You have taught me that I should never EVER settle for anything less then what I want. I take that with me in everything I do. I unfortunatley went to the July 14th concert in East Rutherford and missed you. I saw that sign that said you werent performing due to sickness and cried right there. Ha, at that moment I didnt care who saw me. It wasnt you I was upset at, please dont think that, I understood what was wrong completley. I was just upset that it had to happen to you and all the nasty rumors that were going around. That didnt stop me from buying 2 of your posters and standing up screaming for you when the boys dedicated there song to you. I said to myself, I would rather you have a long lasting career then just a summer of touring and hurt your vocal chords even more.All those negative and silly rumors going around about you never meant anything to me. They didn`t change my opinion about you at all. That made me realize I will always be behind you, no matter what they say. I am so glad your back, just sorry about your foot. Once, your foot heals hopefully you will be back in full swing! Oh, and when you start touring solo I will be there!! Hopefully, one day my dream will come true and I will get to meet you. Im sorry that this is so long and taking up a lot of time. I just want to thank you for being a great person and a great role model to me. This is just your beginning Katharine. theres my letter for your book. It took me a long time to come up with so hope its good! I just want to thank you for including me in on this oppurtunity, I`m sure it makes Katharine happy to. Again, thanks and I am sure this book will look GREAT when its all done.

HEY KATHARINE!! My name is alli and i am a HUGE fan of yours!! This must be the 20th letter ive written to you but its worth it! You are truely amazing in all ways! i look up to you so much! you have an awesome voice and great personality! you arent like most pop stars (which is good)because you are nice, sweet, funny, and a role model, & most stars are the complete opposite! Good luck in all your paths such as acting and singing of course! it would be AWESOME to see you in a movie!!
