I just found this site a couple weeks ago, and have been a frequent visitor, but this is my first post because I've never really had anything interesting enough to share.... til now. =) You guys already have plenty of Sacramento Review, so I'll just cut to after the concert.Ok, so after the concert, me and my friend go out to look for the buses (and our car because we forgot where we parked it lol). Turns out.. we walked hella far in the wrong direction... So we walked all the way back and all of a sudden we hear a crowd of folks scream.. Then I see all these camera flashes.. and we were like... oh shh.. we're hella late! Turns out.. the idols were coming out to put their stuff on the buses.. then going back to the arena. Kelly Pickler.. who's an absolute doll.. hella took her time going down the loooong line of fans.. trying to sign as many things as possible. I didn't get it from her cuz my short self couldn't get thru the big crowd.. All goodie. i was still 4 ft away from her. Then someone to my left yelled "It's Katharine!" So I bolted over there aaaall the way to the end. Thankfully me and Kat made eye contact and she came over! and here's how it went.. (wutever K. mcpheezy sed is in bold)
"can u sign my shirt please?""of course!... :::starts signing... K..a..t..::: oooh.. i'm kinda having a hard time signing it this way.. yenno wut.. how bout u stretch it out, that'll work better""like this?""yea! there ya go!"::my hand slips:: oh shh.. my bad!""oh it's ok! ::finishes autograph:: there ya go!""thanks!" "oh wait, look at the shirt i made! (It's a 'i <3 NY' type cept it was I <3 (k mcphee blend) MCPHEEZY [in rasta colors])""awww thanks!!" "awwright!! ::motions to give me highfive::"then i gave her a highfive back:::SIGH:: I was.. and STILL AM in shock! I had questions, but I was so excited that I completely blanked and almost couldn't speak! My friend, vern, tried to take a pic of me n her while she was signing my shirt but he forgot to zoom out after tryin to take pics of kelly. So he only got a pic of her chest! dah! Then vern asked for a hug, and snuck a picture with her! But it's hella zoomed in, cuz again, he didn't realize it was zoomed! So it cuts off half his face! When she left.. we began to walk back to the car... I couldn't stop smiling... and I just couldn't seem to walk normal! I started skipping.. spinning around.. and just started giggling non stop! We even missed the street to the freeway TWICE because we just couldn't pay attention. When I got home, I was STILL giggling.. so much, that my mom seriously asked me if I was on something! hahaha
MAN.. i wish i coulda gotten a pic with her! I was hella ready to go drive to the bay THAT NIGHT so i could try and meet them the following night after the San Jose show. Too bad my car needed an oil changing cuz I was soooo ready! I even had a friend that I coulda met up with! oh well.. It wasn't meant to happen. so NEXT TIME! besides.. y'all already know she's in the process of making an album and she's most likely gonna go on tour.. so you KNOW imma hit that up!!!
