what a let down for idol, miss jones has the voice, but the mug won"t go on many magazines, I am picking her, this is the year for the blacks!

So what do you guys think of that stuff with Antonella Barba?? I think she should have been disqualified, but thats just my take on it.

Yeah I don't think Antonella will be disqualified, but I do think she'll be voted off soon. I have a feeling Blake's gonna win this thing. He'd be a good Idol IMO.

I really liked Miss Jones too, no where near kat, but still, I think she's got the best voice this season.

Blake is the underdog. Everyone is expecting a girl to win this time, cuz so many of them have great voices. But what they don't have is originality. And Blake has that.

I think Blake is really good.. and cute!! Did you guys see the latest pictures of Antonella? I suggest the younger kids not looking at them because they are X. Rated. But anyways, hopefully this week will be better than last weeks.. last week was D U L L !!

I DID! That Pictures will Destroy her very soon.. Don't you think there's some1 very close to her who did that? Her Best Friend, Maybe? She Def. has some Dangerous Haters out there!

It's not just you, I think of some of them are cocky, acting like they don't care what Simon has to say. It's funny because all of them like Simon's comments according to a Fox news report.

I saw those Antonella pictures and from that, I don't think she'll be going far.

Oh yeah and Blake is very good. Love the B boxing in the middle of his songs, very creative. I predict that he might make it to the Top 5. Blake does have some competition though because that Sabrina, Holy cow that girl can definitely sing. Amazing vocal ability!

Whoever is behind publishing those scandolous pictures of Antonella must truly have "ice water" in their veins and an evil soul.   My heart aches for Antonella and what she had to endure, "where is the love, people?"

After tonight, it's official.....AI is a joke! It is no longer a singing competition. Antonella and Sanjay soooooo should have been going home tonight. I've about had it already with the show. I sure hope they put Jordan in the bottom on purpose because she is a goood singer!

Well, Ryan has been actively encouraging them to talk back to Simon, so I guess they think it's a ratings booster.

I wouldn't be sursprised if they put Jordin there to boost her votes and consolidate her fan base. She's probably the most marketable girl this year, and the producers know it.

I have not watched that much. I have yet to really watch the guys sing, but did catch the girls the past two weeks. I think I can only name three of them, if that tells you anything about my interest level so far. One is Chris, the big guy who seems like a lot of fun but who looks like Ozzie's kid. The second is the now famous Antonella. The third I caught just because he got voted out, that being A.J.

My thoughts? First on the girls - I thought there were two that looked pretty hot, but one of them got voted out tonight (the one where last week Simon said something like, what was ironic is that you kept singing "I'm special," when the fact is you weren't). The second is Antonella. I am kind of wondering how she got into the top 24 given her singing ability. But given all the photos out (the X-rated ones of which allegedly are not her), what I am wondering at this point is whether she is even close to being elimiinated. I think the best one is the girl who was a background singer (I do remember her last name is Dolittle). However, none of them have really captured me at all.

As to the guys, like I said, I really have not heard them sing, but for a couple here or there. When that A.J. sang after being eliminated tonight, I thought he was excellent. I can't believe the rest of the guys are better than him. I think he got robbed, big time.

Finally, a pickle moment - I thought Kelly's song was incredibly boring. She looked about 45 with her hair-doo and makeup. Basically, I thought she looked terrible. Finally, did she have a boob-job? I simply do not recall her haviing that much up front, but maybe she has grown some in the past year.

Agree.... Antonella n Sanjaya is not good enough to get through... But again they have huge fanbase...

I think it might have something to do with "votefortheworst.com"!  They get behind the worst contestants every year and this year they are OBVIOUSLY power voting for Antonella and Sanjaya. They are both just so obviously not on a par with any of the other singers...It made me so mad to see two really great singers sacrificed!   

Those two better step up and put it out there or they will have good reason to be ashamed!  IMO

Well, I thought the guys really stunk it up this week... I wouldn't put any of them through to the top 12. Sanjay sure better not make it through........

So has the show lost it's luster? Where's the talent? Alteast a few of the girls are good singers......

I think it will get better when the guys and girls are singing on the same night. Hopefully the guys will pick up their game before the top six are all girls! lol

Spree - I have to add Steph and Jordin to that, basically, the girls own AI-6, check out this new thread .  Notice, there's not an ounce of country in this year's Sweet 16?  Apparently, they said "NO MORE" country this season, which is good especially after the CMAs dissed the Chicks, and yeah, I'm getting political because why not?

And Haley! What's up with that? Three weeks ago I thought Haley would be the lone white girl in the top 12! I can't believe Sabrina is gone. She's better than all the guys except maybe Blake.
