I, too, agree with previously stated good performances and I also thought Kady and Kristy were disappointing. They both deserve another chance. I have been struggluing with the elimination issue, but my picks for elimination are Amy and Brooke as well. Just my gut feeling, but what do I know? I'm still waiting for Melinda to win season 6.
FYI - Paula, your selections were entered as Amy Davis and Brooke White for Week 1.
LOL, about your Mindy Doo comment, although I loved Melinda too and think she's an amazing vocal talent - I think Jordin was an excellent winner, she's young, marketable and already becoming a great role model for young girls, etc. I don't think AI likes older winners to win this thing look at Hicks and in all honesty what kind of music would Melinda have recorded that would have appealled to the mainstream? Mindy will do well with the Adult Contemporary/Jazz/R&B/Gospel genres, she's more about those "smooth easy listening sounds" rather than Pop, etc.
