Martina is cool. When Eva Avila won Canadian Idol, Martina invited her to tour with her this fall. Since CI doesn't have a top 10 tour, that was really exciting for Eva.

differentlife, I don't know but for some reason these 30fps avi files are a whole lot more choppy on playback vis-a-vis the 60fps mpeg samples you put up last week. I know that I've got too many uploads/downloads and programs running in the background to play any HD content totally smoothly at this moment but for some reason they are kind of laggy. I'll reboot in a bit and see what they look like then.

Martina looks as smooth as she sounds. The 1280x720 in Media Player Classic is running ~20-40% of my cpu, which is about the same as the 13sec mpg sample. The 720x400 is ~10-20%. I never noticed before, but vinman's videos of that size run at 20-30%. These avis are even playing smooth in my Windows media player.

All is well and the CPU usage looks like this for the three. mpegs HD 60fps ~20 % avi HD 30fps ~30% Vinman ~10% Vinman has the bitrate cranked way up ~ 3000kbp/sec on video, what was the bitrate on yours? I noticed that the Homecoming I posted had only ~2300kbp/sec and runs around 8%
