Okay, I can't keep this to myself any longer. I know Dionne is an icon, and all that, (God bless her) but the last note she sang at the AI finale must have been the flattest in television history. Did anyone else notice?

Yep, it was pretty flat!. I've heard of her but never heard her sing until I saw the finale. I didn't think she sings all that well but that was the first I'd ever heard so I am sure she's better that!

U cant judge her zilions of years in the industry as an icon performer just because of a flat end note at 1 show??!! Cmoooon! I thought she was great! but thats my opinion

I had to laugh when Taylor nearly got sexually bushwacked by Toni Braxton. He had a real look of horror on his face as she started rubbing up against him.

Dionne Warwick was great in her prime. She is way past her prime. Listening to her sing "Walk On By" on the finale, she no longer even tries to hit the high notes she once hit with ease. Better off just listening to her old records; "Don't Make Me Over", "Anyone Who Had A Heart", "Reach Out For Me" and of course "Walk On By"...great stuff

i actually downloaded that medley of the burt bacharach songs..and that last note..it starts off mostly in pitch, but then she quickly starts going flat..flatter, and flatter and flatter..it's weird. but she's still awesome. her vocal chords is just a little old that's all ;)
