well Blake definitely isn't better than Melinda and Lakisha and them, but I think he has a good chance of winning this season. He's a great performer and he's unique, so he definitely has that working for him.

I agree Blake isn't better than Malinda or Lakisha, but, theres a lot of preformers like those two in the industry, and better looking too. Blake is diferent in a cute way. I think, even if he doesn't win, that he will succed the most, simple because he has what the other two lack: unique personality.

You have admitted that Melinda and Lakisha are superior singers, but may not win a singing competition. Melinda Doolittle doesn't do beatbox nor does she breakdance, but she is unique. She has one of the most uniquely beautiful voices around these days. Hell, sad as it is, Sanjaya COULD win Idol. If that happened, a unique thing would happen. People would stop believing in the credibility of American Idol and they would have to revamp the voting process. OMG I hope Sanjaya doesn't win Idol. I don't even think Katharine could win this year.

Wow, another performance I completely loved from Blake. AI.com now is selling studio recorded versions of the performances. Blake sounds INCREDIBLE recorded. Surprisingly, so does Chris Richardson. I can't wait to buy a Blake CD.

well i just heard (and added it to my myspace page, hehe) Blake's studio version of Time of the Season and let me say this... he sounds fantastic!!!! Mix his great voice and all his personal gimmicks and this record is gonna FLY off the shelves. It just is. Get ready people!

After Simon said tonight that Blake is the best of the guys, I see what Kat was hoping for, a finale with a guy and girl. I think it'll be Blake and Jordin!!

If everything turns out the way it should, Melinda would definitely be in the finale. Unfortunately, everything is not as it should be on Idol this season. This ridiculous "Sanjaya Conspiracy" has and will send some good singers home. We can't really speculate who will win Idol as crazy as things are. Melinda, Lakisha, Jordin and Blake should be able to get recording opportunities, but nobody is a shoo-in. I only know I will not be buying a Sanjaya CD no matter how far he gets.
