Hi you AMAZING MCPHANS, KAT PACKS, MCPHEEVERS!! It's Momma Mcphee with my weekly message.

 

What I know for sure is, Katharine, no matter how great her talent and sweetheart love for her fans, would not be where she is today without your diligent POWER VOTING ,WEEK AFTER WEEK!! Katharine knows that more than anyone.

 

Some of you have been asking what were Kat's jobs before the contest happened........ After she came back from college, she started babysitting. Kat has ALWAYS loved babies and kids and if you met her, you'd want her to babysit for you or your kids. it's cause she's SO MUCH FUN!!...and cares so much. She would never allow kids to just sit and watch TV. She would sing for them, take them to the park or just PLAY!! She also worked as a hostess and 'take-out' order server for a local restaurant. Kat's last job right before the show started, was at the local mall where she sold jeans and cute tops. She loves wearing that stuff, so she had fun. Wherever kat has worked, everyone would say the same things........ that she brightened their day, cause at ANY MOMENT she would break into SONG!!! In high school Kat was on the school swimming team. I would go to the meets and when she would swim, I'd be at the side screaming ''KAT YOU CAN DO IT!" Afterwards she'd say, "Mom, don't waste your voice, when I'm underwater, I can't hear you!!"

 

But, I can tell you, she HEARS ALL OF YOU and I believe KATHARINE can be the last one standing!! This can never happen without YOU. I hope you are ALL getting back the enormous amount that you are GIVING.

Kat looks so elegant on the stage, but actually she's just everyday people. Babysat (ooh she loves kids tat's really sweet of her), worked as waitress and sales girl... she's just like other girls... anyone who still thinks that she's a snobby rich girl should come and take a look at this message.

This is the best message ever from McMommy... sweet stories and cute pics!

It makes me very proud to be a Katphan when we hear from Momma. I knew the instant I heard that girl sing, that there was something special about her. I'm extremely happy for Kat and her family, because more and more people are starting to recognize how wonderful this person is. I haven't been able to post much lately, but I have been voting. My kids think I'm crazy, they say " He's still voting?", and I say " I may not have as much to do like you guys, but when I believe in something, I stick with it." I had a harder time getting through last week, which is always good news in my book. And I'll be there tomorrow night again. She is definitely worth it.

thank you so much for relaying this message to us. It surely gives all the McPhans a boost of confidence, joy and pride. And not to mention, it drives all the McPhans to never be complacent in voting. If only all the McPhans out there will get to read this, they would have no second thoughts about powervoting for her. If they will only know that the effort they are all giving are truly not put to waste, but instead, being acknowledged and recognized by Katharine herself, they will do and give more than what they have done in the past.

I always say that i never thought i will end up loving them/her more, I just did.
