I think it would register on the Richter scale here if a photo of Kat would ever be posted in which she was actually wearing the pink shirt,glasses and a Hat!!Why do these things drive us nuts??Kat is probably cracking up when reading these threads!!!

There's not much more I can add to this thread which has gone EVERY which way, but I would like to offer the perspective of a newspaper reporter. I used to be a court reporter. I've talked to accused killers, some of them on death row, with no problem. But the combonation of Kat's glasses and getup would reduce me to an inarticulate BLOB. If I could even get "Duh?" out, it would be a feat!

I know what you mean...I'm on the way to being a real professional newspaper reporter (I've done plenty for free in school)...and I've talked to lots of different kinds of people (some of the different degrees of famous)...and managed just fine. I have no idea what meeting Katharine would go like though. I want to find out...here's my best guess at my own encounter at a meet & greet: Katharine: Hi, how are you today? Me: Um (turning red)...good, I think. Katharine: That's great. Do you have something for me to sign? Me: Oh, yes. (Scrambling to find the cover to her single that's already in my hand) Katharine: Is that what you want me to sign (pointing at the single cover)? Me: (Blushing) Oh, yes. Sorry. (Hands it to her, hand shaking). Katharine: Would you like me to put anything special on here? Me: Um, sure. (Standing there in a total trance). Katharine: What would you like me to write? Me: Uhhh....oh, can you put..."Thinking of you while wearing my glasses....Love, Katharine". Katharine: (laughs) Sure, I can do that. (Signs and hands to cover to me). Me: Thank you so much (runs away in glee and then collapses outside the room).
