Will post some more tomorrow. Right now I have to go night night. Hope you folks like it.
super pics, thanks for posting these
Call me crazy but, isn't Kat wearing the red coat that Peisha had on during rehersals? And, isn't Peisha wearing the white coat that Katharine wore last year in the Rose Parade???
sorry these pics are a little late. these are the rest of the photos that Winnie spoke about posting after that first batch. they are of the Sacramento Capitol Christmas Tree Lighting from earlier this week that i took. just thought i would share a few more with you.

Thanks, Winnpoober (and Maddie) for all the behind-the-scenes pics and videos of this event. It was all highly appreciated.
^I get the impression the Nutcracker behind Peisha is boasting that HIS microphone works just fine. And then there's the techie guy on the left who can't seem to adjust things right to make it work.
Well, that's right...these are the rehearsal pics, though it could be that Peisha's microphone was having issues already then. There wasn't any direct evidence of that (the rehearsal performance was obviously more perfect soundwise)--but trying to hear what Kat and Peisha were discussing there would have been interesting. I think they were just making last-minute decisions on how to approach "Silent Night" musically. They obviously know every musical device to bring out the best possible performance.
Yeah, all that talk about Kat and Peisha swapping coats isn't all that unusual with some mothers and daughters. My mom used to swap clothes with her mother frequently--because they were essentially the same weight and height. Kat and Peisha are obviously just about the same weight and height--which gives credence to our sometimes mistaking Peisha for Kat in some still pics or even videos. Yes, I wouldn't even be surprised if some people might confuse them for sisters sometimes. And that's either a mother's most favorite comment or maybe one to her own chagrin.
Thanks Maddie and Winn. I hope you were able to enjoy your viewing experience while trying to take these pictures. BTW, I especially enjoyed your video of their rehearsal of "Silent Night". It was stunningly beautiful!!!
