Gracias for the cover shot from Salon--and I think I've heard of the magazine. I'm just glad to see Kat finally getting into magazines for other cultures--despite this one still being American. The hispanic culture makes up a huge bulk of the United States now (mostly in Texas, California and Oregon) and that's great they're embracing Kat now. That breaks the mistaken notion that a particular race sticks with entertainers of their own race. Besides, Kat resembles a young senorita there--similar to what Catherine Zeta-Jones played in "Zorro" about ten years ago.

It seems the general look of Katharine is malleable enough where she could play just about anyone from any culture in a movie. That'll obviously bode well for any future movie parts she'll get that involve playing people from other countries.

Seeing this means we're going to have to buckle down and get an official language interpreter here before long. Just wait until Kat starts appearing in Finnish magazines or Japanese publications. I could probably do a few common language interpretations myself--but finding someone to interpret Finnish will likely involve a payroll.
