Welcome freefixmatrix, and thanks for the photos! The misspelled name in lights is hilarious; I hope Kat doesn't find these recurrences too insulting. Kat looks great in these. The expression on the blonde dancer's face (1st pic) is pretty funny, though. EDIT: BTW freefixmatrix, were you there? What exactly did Kat sing? We know she did Love Story, and having that guy up there makes me think she did Not Ur Girl. Did she do Over the Rainbow?

^Well, we know Kat isn't singing "SOTR" here. Any more machismo from that backup dancer--and Kat would have to start singing hardcore Rap. Yes, thanks for providing all the pics from this event that I wasn't around to comment on when it happened. I guess there was some video from this in the media section showing Kat singing one of her album songs (I don't recall which one)--but this proves she hasn't put her album material out to pasture at all. We'll likely hear her sing those songs for another year at various events that happen to have a video camera around. And I assume she'll keep them in her arsenal of "oldies" songs when she does more extensive tours someday. That is, unless she completely reinvents her music career and makes these songs a mere snapshot of an experimental time in finding her own musical style. I've long had the feeling, though, that 'Love Story' will at least end up on 2000's Oldies radio on satellite systems twenty years from now. A few of the other songs on the album deserve that, too, but we'll have to wait and see what time does to them. You'd think Kat would have called out the lightboard misspell of her name during rehearsal. But it was probably too costly to change it if she even called it out at all. As outspoken as Kat can be sometimes--she also acquiesces to people and blunders sometimes just to keep the peace. Had she complained about her name being misspelled, then a rag would have picked up on that and had another field day as usual. We've at least been rid of the "Kat is a Diva" crapola recently and don't need it to start all over again. Looks like Kat tried to teach a middle-aged corporate giant how to dance at one point on stage. And I think we all know middle-aged CEO's can't dance...
