Well... I don't know about the cd but she wore that leopard dress for an event in Canada. She was supporting a cause (don't remember what cause ) helping David Foster.

The CD is somebodies Photoshop creation. And, as somebody mentioned, the leopard dress was Kat's attire at David Foster and Friends Ontario Charity Gala in Niagara Falls last Nov. 25. My understanding of it is the charity's goal is to increase organ donor participation rate in Canada.
