Thanks, Minnie. These are fabulous pics. Looks like Kat was having so much fun.
Movie actors like Paul Newman, Jimmy Stewart, Humphrey Bogart, Katharine Hepburn, Lauren Bacall and Bette Davis make me want to live in the era they lived but I could have been just as inspired even now while I watch their work in films.

Now this right here has to be about the cutest thing I have ever seen. In my life. Ever. Period. If the dress
gave me a heart attack, this smile just revived me.  There's just something about the way she projects
joy and vitality and youth, on top of just being so damn gorgeous it almost  hurts to look at her. I know it's
a loud party in Vegas with the booze flowing, but I think I just had a religious experience. Ooh, grab me,

WOW! Very Stunning pics indeed! Those legs. my God, they are so sexy and that captivating adorable face is just too much for words. That dress that Kat is wearing is very Vegas-like, I can tell. From looking at some of these shots, can anyone figure what that black device is on her back? Is it like an Ipod or something that cues Kat when to starting singing? Am I getting close or am I far off?

Kat has that Rock Star type of look on her face and holding her arms wide open like that to the crowed creates that image even more. She looks like she's saying "Are you guys ready to Rock this joint?" with that cool kind of proud smile on her face, I love it.

^If this was the 1950's, that guy on the left would have been Bugsy who runs the entire Vegas strip. And that means Nick would have been in trouble back then. Thank goodness the mob doesn't run Vegas now...or do they partially? No matter, Kat's probably the most beautiful woman to ever enter the borders of that city. Vegas and L.A. worship beauty...so it's a wonder those "Where are they now?" stars who dotted the red carpet didn't become genuflect when standing anywhere near Kat.

Thanks for all the pics from this event. I've been absent for a while and had it slip my mind Kat was doing this Vegas gig yesterday. Somehow I pictured something a little more romantic or star-studded...and the pics I've seen look like a bit of a surreal world Kat would dream after throwing back a few drinks. Well, she may have had some nightmares about this after having several glasses of champagne (or whatever that was) handed to her during her concert. It almost seems that they wanted to get her drunk...even though I'm sure she was careful while on stage. It's fun to see her just turn loose, though, during a concert. The only surreal thing left was for Kat to go out in the pool where some of the audience were standing...hopefully without the microphone plugged in.

Speaking of microphones: Matt, that black box on her back is the battery pack for the mic. Every performer has to wear that annoying thing...even when on talk shows. If you have obstructive wardrobe, both can conflict with one another too as we've noticed in recent concert vids. Even the old headset mics that were once a fad during concerts had to have a battery pack placed somewhere on the performer. In the age of micro technology, you'd think they could make the battery smaller though and not make the performer have something the size of a backpack on their back all night.

Overall, I hope Kat thought this was worthwhile based on the excitement she felt for it a while back. The reality of performing in Vegas can be a surreal experience if you're not used to having drunk people all around you and cheesy situations or surroundings. And, yes, Kat looked like a showgirl there...or a high quality one who would never flash her McTatas at the audience. Well, we know she'll never do that...or so we hope.
