There's Kat's "secretarial" look for 2007. Well, that is, the look that made the boss and co-workers so distracted, they had to let her go on to work in show business. There's some actual reality to that if you've read about some of the past jobs Kat had. Thanks for showing the new cover for that. We're actually the "Lucky" ones to be able to see yet another new magazine cover with Kat so soon. There may be a Kat oversaturation in media before long--even though I don't think people will ever tire of seeing her in magazines. Kat's just a classic who fits in there so naturally that I don't think anybody would gripe about giving someone else a chance. There really isn't anybody else who could take her place in these photoshoots she's done and keeps doing. They may be some of the greatest pictorials ever done since the invention of the camera. So, let the Kat media saturation keep going with a magazine a week (or is it a day now?) routine into the next decade... Ironic that those tips on getting better skin and legs tie in more than just a little with Kat herself. They could have tied in every beauty secret in the magazine with her if they were a little more astute. Then they'd probably get some of those envious females out there writing snarky letters to the editor in the next issue saying "how dare they give unbalanced time to Kat in this issue." Give Kat what she really deserves--and it turns into a political issue. But she's already won anyway...so even if the mag was devoted entirely to her, she shouldn't worry about the reaction.

She has made the cover of so many magazines, yet I don't see considering it overexposure. When they dwell on Eva Longoria on every magazine, I consider that overexposure. Not to mention Paris Hilton, Lindsay Lohan and Britney Spears.

We just see all of this stuff because we are big fans. Not everyone sees every picture that's taken of Katharine like we do! Most people don't have a clue what LA Direct Magazine is or even Lucky Magazine (not knocking these fine publications). It's not like the weekly Britney updates you get everywhere. That's overexposure!

Plus look at the type of exposure it is. (You can even do that literally, if you want to.) Magazine covers and beauty tips is a little bit different from paparazzi taking bets on whether or not you're wearing underwear tonight or how long it will be before you flee rehab again.

I hope I didn't get the message across that I thought Kat was overexposed in the media now. What I said was that we may get to that point eventually...as it is with all popular people in pop culture. But I doubt people will ever tire of it because of the type of media Kat's pretty much staying in. Thankfully, we aren't seeing pics of her on the front page of tabloids...yet. I always shudder thinking about the day arriving when we will be seeing Kat inside tabloids and paparazzi starting to follow her around in their SUV's. At least it won't be a SUV vs. SUV type of chase around the dangerous cliffs of the Hollywood hills as it usually is with Lindsay Lohan and others of late. Kat probably won't be speeding in her BMW either to avoid them. Anyway, Kat's just been lucky so far that the paparazzi haven't gotten so desperate to get a picture of her...that they'll risk anything to do it. Kat's accommodating enough anyway when on the streets of L.A. that they'll hopefully be satisfied enough with those pics and not ones of her being chased near dangerous canyons or shots of her sunbathing somewhere. Because of that peace she's seemed to have developed with the paparazzi so far--maybe we'll always see Kat in magazines doing the same things she's doing now. Her ongoing pictorials in magazines are going to become the stuff of legend (if maybe taken for granted) in the next few years if she keeps having as many as she does now. I think we're close to 50 major photoshoots just in the last year...which may be a record for a "superstar who's yet to become a superstar."

I said the same thing in the other threads with these pictures. If you feel so sexy in that yellow bikini...why not let us see? And then she's talking about how comfortable she is in swim suits in the LA Direct article. I think it's time for a bikini photoshoot Missy! And no the Shape Magazine cover doesn't count. That only counts half. And the Self Magazine video...well I wish they would have given us some pics with those little white shorts & the blue bikini top. Remember the days when she said she didn't like wearing swimsuits because she was self-conscious? The girl has come a long way.
