I've been out of town - finally found time to post this.  My Jimmy Kimmel Live story goes like this....

Got to LA - found CoBaby (Yeah!!) and she graciously introduced me to many of the phans here at KMF. Got in line and happened to be next to Kat's english teacher, Ms B (Kat pointed her out on the show!!).  I sat next to her and her husband during the show. Ran into Peisha in the ladies room, I was so shocked to see her - I said "OMG I LOVE YOUR DAUGHTER!" Then I asked her if that sounded  weird? She said "No, we're glad you love her". We both commented on how we almost burst because they wouldn't let us go to the bathroom (lol). I couldn't get over how beautiful Peisha is.

After the the concert. Got my camera, hung out with a bunch of you until Kat came out. It was like going to communion as she walked down the receiving line signing autographs and taking pictures - EVERYONE said the same thing 'Oh my God, you're so beautiful". Kat replied "Thank you", then the next one would say "Oh my God, you're so beautiful" and Kat would reply "Thank You".  I just stood there with my mouth hanging open staring at her - so I joined in with what everyone else said "Oh my God, You're so beautiful". "Thank you" she replied. But then I remembered I had to give her my present and get her to sign my picture to me, so she did and said "awwwww - that's so sweet" (to my gift). I just stood there and stared like an idiot. She could have asked me to drink kool-aid and jump off a building and I gladly would have at that moment!! She is so stunning in person - it's hard to believe she could be prettier than her pictures, but she is. And, so sweet and patient.

I remember wanting to kick myself for not asking her questions - like "are you going on tour?" "Any movie offers?" "What's your favorite song on the CD?" I don't know - anything to engage her in conversation instead of standing there with my mouth hanging open!!  Oh well - maybe next time!!!

Anyway - I wanted to get these pictures up since some of you might recognize yourselves in a couple of them.

Hi, I guess I didn't meet you, but I was standing outside  in line with Czar and Maddie for the mini concert. Thanks for your review which made me smile just reading your meeting with Kat and Peisha. And your camera certainly caught gorgeous Kat.

Didn't we all have the best time!

Thanks for the re-cap and for sharing your personal photos, Nan.  Your story was hilarious...

"Oh my God, you're so beautiful" and Kat would reply "Thank You".

Glad you like them....i just remembered someone telling her (at the concert) - "you have beautiful eyebrows". She replies "you like my eyebrows? Oh, I pluck them myself".........it's funny we are all so enamored with her......but she's sooo dang cute....I wonder if she thinks we're strange?  Especially, you Mutt - you're so famous for the pink shirt and glasses!! everytime i see her now in glasses - my immediate reaction is 'oh, mutt will be happy'!!!

Thanks, Nan, for those giant pics and review of your experiences. These giant ones always remind me that we could go to epidermis level on Kat's skin...and you'd still see no flaws. And Kat always prepares when a camera is looking straight up the nose. Ordinarily, I don't care for photography up that close...but I'm glad you blew them up here to remind us how great Kat looks at such up-close levels.

Great you met Peisha in the Ladies' Room. That's usually where you'll likely meet famous people at events like this rather than out in the actual crowd, strangely. At least there, you get some peace from the crowds (and some quiet) so you can talk to them without having to bust a vocal cord. Was Peisha standing right out there in the middle of that chaotic crowd?

I see that there's supposed to be some familiar faces in those pics--though I don't know who's who. Will people here identify themselves...or will they forever hold their identities a secret?

Thanks for the pics and telling about your meeting with Kat. I met her there before the concert when she was "naturall Kat' - no make up etc. but still beautiful.. I only talked to her about a couple of things before her "spell" came over me too. After that I couldn't remember anything I wanted to tell her or ask her, and I could hardly even look her in the eye. She seems to have that effect on many people. She was so sweet and signed some things for me, posed for pics etc. and gave me a big hug. It was really awesome meeting her! Linda

That's what I will forever be known for.  I could cure cancer one day, and when the headlines hit the news, Kat Phans would exclaim, "OMG!  It's the Kat in Glasses dude!!"  My headstone would read, "The Kat in Glasses dude who cured cancer," and people would come visit and leave glasses on it.
