So he's older than your parents.....big deal!As you mature,40 will not seem as "old" to you.....everything is relative.Obviously Kat feels Nick is the very best...so how could she do better??This man has been her support for the past 2 years......you most certainly would never have even heard of Kat if it weren't for Nick being there for her since before AI! Give the guy a break!

and have not taken the the-Walk-Walk-Walk-
This older Man Line has run it's course.Let's move on to Katharine and keep up our support for her.
This is their year.Both of them deserve our respect.
Nick works behind the scene,and few people really know how devoted he is to Katharine,and Vice Versa.

I'm so tired of listening to all the anti-Nick stuff that I've finally almost got to where I can do 
the "report and ignore" thing. It's just hard to know how to react when the stuff is coming 
from people I know are devoted fans, especially the ones who seem to have gotten into 
parental overdrive, because I can understand that. SO FAR all I've seen from Nick has 
been positive. He seems to be a caring, supportive partner who is giving her what she 
needs at this point in her life. If any of that ever changes, well, we'll see, but until then--
Aloha! Have a good trip. Bring her back soon so she can get into the recording studio.

Me too,Groucho.People are so judgemental,fatalistic and age-prejudiced.It's almost an ego-centric thing......like "he's older than my parents"....oh,so it's all relative to you and your parental units?Why is someone deemed less worthy because they've achieved 4 decades on the planet?I just hope that the happy couple doesn't ever read some of these demeaning posts...from supposed"fans"!

I agree keefir1. It's disgusting and I think KMF should delete all of this nonsense. There was a time when Kat's personal life was hers and we didn't comment on her religious or political choices; let alone, her choice of a husband. I can understand when the media does this but shame, shame on all of her supposed fans. I'm very disappointed. I hope to god that Katharine and Nick never have to read this smut. Please, please - let's stop right now and KMF, please delete this. I'm ashamed that Kat or Nick or visitors might visit this site and read how prejudiced, judgemental and narrow-minded some of her fans really are.

Wow ! I hope you both are wrong about Kat and Nick. You know love don't have a age and age is only a number to start with.Speaking from my own side I was 10 years older than my wife when we meet,and I have got to tell you all was great in all ways . I also think all would have been good until the end but I lost her to cancer after 15 years.I for one would like to set back and see how it goes with Kat and Nick befor I open my mouth about them.I am not trying to make anyone upset it is just how I feel about it .For Kat's sake I wish her and Nick the best.You know it is hard to place yourself in Kats or Nicks place to know why  or how deep love is between them ,for we all need and want ,and it may not be what you or I would want or need.Also if this makes Kat happy then I am all for it.
