McPhee’s Broken Foot Revealed!

Katharine McPhee rejoins the American Idols Live tour after her three-week bout with laryngitis.

Kellie Pickler, Katharine McPhee and Mandisa goofed off in Sunris [sic], FL, on August 5. McPhee tripped and fractured her foot backstage at an August 1 concert while sprinting to see Pickler’s performance. “I’m a hobbler on the stage!” she jokes to Us.

McPhee posed with young fans at a Marriott hotel in Fort Lauderdale, FL, before boarding a tour bus. “You just don’t realize the number of people you reach on that show until you go into smaller towns,” she tells Us.

And all those little sweeties will be around buying Cd's and attending concerts for a long, long time... I sound like such an old cynic, but she has fans all up and down the age spectrum, in all kinds of countries, who like all styles of music (since she can sing anything) - this could be the start of something big! And she has great legs even when one of them's broken. *sigh*

I just realized the bottom picture looks like it was taken at a pool. The girls look like they're in swimsuits and the blue/white striped items are towels.  (Well, I guess the Marriott Hotel pool.)

i am posting a report on the birmingham concert i went to (i traveled)..but she was so cute with showing everyone her broken foot and dancing with it! then...i broke my foot walking out of the concert on a curb...because it was seriously 3 feet tall...i dont know why i didnt see the curb. i was so excited to just have seen her face to face so close that i was too happy to really pay attention to "life"... so i broke my foot and twisted my ankle...it was strange. i am in walking boot now, so i feel her pain of "hobbling". feel better KAT!

Oh no CatchMcpheever15!  Gosh, I hope you are alright.  You definitely have been hit with the McPheever, and sorry you were injured over it.  Take care of yourself!

Also, I just looked at the US online feature, and I'm amazed at the postings from non-Kat fans.  I usually don't post on these things, but I got riled up, and just had to post the truth about our girl.

The pic with the kids is so cute. She could be a great mom! hehe.
It must be really uncomfortable to wear a cast, specially in summer, she must be sweating a lot!

WoW! That thing got spammed by other fanbases so quick it's not even funny! I love how they try to pretend they are just regular people posting at things like that, and then they slip and use lingo they could have only picked up on the show.
