WOW, gee, I really hate to see Jordin get panned. She's such a nice girl, and a talented singer. Too young though, I don't think Idol should be open to teens. Give her a few years to grow musically.

But what a great and unexpected comment about Kat! One of the BEST Idol debut albums! LOVE IT!

Jordin Sparks was good on Amercian Idol but not Great. I'm not trying to bash the girl but I sort of have to agree with the article. On Idol I always liked her performances (most of them at least) but in all of them she was always lacking in certain aspects. One aspect she lacked in was breath-taking. I noticed in all of her performances, she took way too many breaths for 1 song and all of her breaths seemed to be deep. She has to be able to take less breaths (or quicker breaths) or else it will be hard for her to sing more than 1 song during a future concert. I am not a singer but my brother is so he knows what it's like to take too many breaths during a song. But then yet again, she is young so she could improve over time.
There are other aspects where she lacked but the breathing is the one that brings her down the most, I think.

Yes Bill I agree, a great comment for Kat's album, her first album.

Very interesting. I like Jordin but she also comes from the most boring, least engaging season ever for the show. No one truly cares for season 6 and she will be hurt by that. And I agree with Bill a
