Is there an age limit for "Young" Hollywood? Maybe Taylor missed the cut-off. Of course, WE think Kat is way more "Exciting" than he is... "We love the bling." - I guess she's not giong to trade in the watch like she did the Mustang! lol

^I bet that watch costs more than a Mustang. Are those Atlantis watches the ones Randy reportedly makes on his own? He gave Kat one of his big bling watches last year right after the finale. In that famous photograph of him presenting it to her, you can see the roses we all sent to her in the dressing room that week. Had I been Shia's PR person sitting at his table, I would have whispered in his ear: "Hey, Kat just looks great and not just on stage!" Though it's great to see the new generation of Hollywood be so enthusiastic to her. We don't hear enough from the younger side of Hollywood what they think of Kat other than just a few. Too bad Kat didn't perform there, or they'd probably hand her a crown to wear on her head. Kat's truly going to transform the spirit of younger Hollywood and make it better in more ways than one. I'm seeing a lot of articles around about this in the media, which is a tad unusual. Usually, you never hear much about this award show in a given year. The star power of Kat being there upped it a notch I think. When you have Randy presenting the vocalist award, you know there's a feeling of something great approaching. I'd just be curious what Randy has to say now about Kat in relation to what he said last year. The judges never seem to reflect on what they said right or wrong in the past. They probably don't want to...considering they don't want to appear wrong. I think Randy would be the first, though, to admit they can sometimes eat their words. I'm sure eating the words he said to Kat last year at this time gave him indigestion.

You got me. I'm guessing the cutoff may have been 30 I guess because I think Katherine Heigl is 28 years old. I think. Still, very cool that Kat's the Exciting New Vocalist of the World.
