CRB... Diff... you've got me a bit confused with all this recent (incredbile!) HD activity: Diff, are we currently (patiently!) waiting for a different/audio-fixed SOTR/Top2 HD vid from you based on CRB's 565MB SOTR/Top2 that I'm currently downloading from the Grove Vid thread??? Hey Royboy! CRB is uploading the raw TS (a form of mpg) in the Grove thread and I'm editing those to make the final mpgs and putting them here. I suppose I should have actually written that here! oops
VLC and MPC will show the TS files, but the files also include a lot of extra material at the beginning and end. The OTR TS has an audio glitch in the a capella and an audio/video glitch after "chimney tops". CRB's putting me to the test all right. I'll show him.
It'll likely be more than a week before I can finish. We've waited a year and a half, what's a week! Or 10.

Can anyone tell me what K. McPhee and T. Hicks did for the Top 2 Montage?
Did they do live performance, making document or sticking pin to each other's eyes?

P.S. if they did live performance, it'd nice be nice to tell me what songs they sung together too!
Sure Kat and Taylor did nothing. Put another way, the montage is called "Katharine vs. Taylor" and it amounts to the video clips that would have comprised their "Bad Day" exit videos (without the song being played) back to back. So video clips and highlights from their Idol journey usually weighted heavily on the early stuff like Auditions and advancing to Hollywood presented in an upbeat way. It isn't really a performance clip, as such.
Speaking of "performance clips" and "Bad Day" though, I have something for zarut and anyone else looking for Dan Powter's Top 2 night performance of Bad Day in HD720p. I finally finished up with all the AI4 Carrie stuff (Wow, that was a lot of work and those Carrie fans are just a greedy as Kat fans..."MORE, More, more", they shout) and finally got this Bad Day performance clip recapped, the first one was glitchy, edited it (my 15 free trial turns into a pumpkin tomorrow sometime) and uploaded it to SendSpace.

I just put up all three performance videos in HD1080i from the 2007 Grammys too.
My username: CRB is my initials, and thankfully my mother didn't take a shine to Crack as a name. I like to keep things simple and I'll never forget those, or if I do logging onto Internet forums will be among the least of my worries.

That is just a reupload of Videoman's cap from the Superior Pics board. Which diff used, btw, to patch a glitch in Shady's audio. It gives people a choice of Rapidshare though, and choice is almost always a good thing.
zarut , I'm glad that MegaUpload allowed you to get those Carrie videos. On the Kat HD videos, I will still put them up at Sendspace sometime but I feel less pressured now. I have to redo my "big post" (third post on page one of this thread) with links for all the newly created HD stuff as well. Life's just too damn short.

I'm actually suprised that nobody asked for the complete humungous AI5 Burt Bacharach medley that has a bit of actual Katharine McPhee singing in it. I'll put both medleys up at some point, likely, early next year. I have too much holiday stuff going on around here, currently, to pull the DVHS machine out of the rack and starting to cap videos again.
