I've got them all ripped and uploaded but I can't covert them. I'm using CinemaForge. I see CRB is on top of it. What do you use CRB? Something free I hope!

Anyone get the new one from today to play? It is not in her video folder where I saw yesterdays that doesn't load from the main page. And You Tube says it's private.

Thanks for the videos!! I'm going to download them tomorrow because I am so tired right now. I'm getting my DVD burner in about a week, so I'll be able to get all of Kat's videos off of my computer and put them on there!!!

Thanks, installing now. The more of us that can rip and convert the better. The new "kat with glasses" one is stalled. I've had that happen at youtube a few time, it just never comes back from the conversion process that occurs after you have uploaded. This won't work until someone on Kat's team re-upoads it to youtube.

CRB --Phee --Even after they changed the glasses vid so it can be seen and she put up another vid, I still can't get any of them to come up for me. I got the earlier ones from your downloads here .. Can you do some for the 2 on Jan 20?. I've tried everything --is it my dial up? Linda

Once the video stops loading, it gets copied to your browser's disk cache (at least, it does in Mozilla/Firefox--dunno about IE). All you need to do is go check in the disk cache (via explorer or some other file manager) and set the file order to "modified" to bring up the most recent files. A large file (in the MB range) should be the video in question. Just copy that file to some other folder and rename it (be sure to use the extension "flv"). You then need to download a special player to play those FLV videos.

If you go this route you can make a shortcut to your brower cache and keep it on the desktop, is speeds up the process a bit. And if you don't want to go fishing around in the browser cache just use this step by step that Rhine has up on the web and you can get FLV vids and many other files too: Rhine's guide to ripping vid In the meantime here is Sunday's edition of the McPhee chronicles, I've called it Katharine's Shout Out: FLV AVI

This video starts off with the video from yesterday and then continues on to new material, so I'm calling it: Shout Out Plus New (flv rip) Shout Out Plus New (avi conversion) So if you get this one you can just toss yesterdays because the first half of this is a repeat.
