Simon, I knew you could and would do it! Good for you. Thanks for the link to the first half but I had down loaded it in highest quality first. Are you going to down load the whole version to somewhere so we can have a copy of the whole thing, of course in the best quality possible? That would be wonderful and much appreciated!!!!!
