I never caught this--so thanks many times over for providing that. It's one of the few significant media appearances by Kat I seemed to miss. And I guess that's actually her most recent media appearance since going...MIA. Some have said Kat looked uncomfortable talking about her past struggle with bulimia--but I didn't really notice that here. Unless there was another appearance she did later where she went into more detail that I also missed. I know she had more than one appearance on 'AH' in past weeks. That psychological method Kat learned from the 'Intuitive Eating' book about the counterproductive tool of denying certain foods is really powerful. Fortunately, I was able to get that concept a long time ago, but sometimes concepts like that can be pushed forward easier by a notable person. While people should look into more details--the general concept can be appliable right away. We absolutely need to see Kat in these type of casual settings more often. Her amazing charm of sitting and saying things that are on her mind is better than any other guest you can imagine. Imagine a star actually having interesting things to say on a talk show rather than a superstar telling a rehearsed unfunny story about what they did on vacation.
