Wow, it's amazing enough just seeing that minute of footage. Thanks for finding that and to the person who captured it.

Here's another situation where you wish Kat could get another brilliant performance (and duet) down on CD for posterity...and to market to people who want to hear it. I think Kat may be one of the greatest musical collaborators ever when you consider she seems to blend well with just about anybody she's duetted with. How many singers can say they made magic with the A to Z contrasts of Meatloaf to Andrea and now BeBe? Bring on more disparate ones...like Marilyn Manson. Well, it's weird enough that Kat wants to duet with My Chemical Romance. I have no doubt now that she could make it work.

I recommend you all go listen to BeBe Winans' original recording of 'Stand.' It's probably one of the most inspirational Gospel songs written in recent years. Perhaps Kat could do a hit cover of it on her next album. After all, if Cher or Tina Turner can snatch 'BOA' away from her and supposedly make a hit with it...Kat could do the same on her next project with BW's song.

Nobody says her next album has to be ALL original material. I think we're finding that Kat's one of the most brilliant cover singers of her generation. She should take advantage of that--because the music industry is stuck on cover songs lately becoming all-new hits.

Incidentally--I think BeBe was awestruck at Katharine at one point. It's right after that laugh he gives when Kat finishes her part of the verse...
