Thanks, Amanda, for the heads-up on that. This means, then, that they'll be showing Kat's performance she did there when she ran up into the balcony (while balancing herself on the balcony railing)...and subsequently went wild with 'Love Story?' I loved those still photos showing the guests standing around, holding glasses of wine, while Kat turned loose. Some of those guests looked a little overly reserved--and it reminded me a little of a performer turning loose during a party with the Royal Family. When some guests have sort of a look on their faces (especially while sipping wine and watching a great performer go wild)...you know conservatism is in the room.

Well, Kat certainly has one of the tightest bodies in Hollywood...without being twisted too tight. Watching the last part of Miss USA earlier tonight, I notice that a lot of the women competing have more curvy figures now, which is a very good sign. I can't help but think Kat's set a high bar in the last year for how women should really look. It's certainly overdue...by about forty years.

All it takes is one high-profile (and compelling) person to make a change in the right direction...

Oh, this is going to be on TV?  COOL!  April 3rd.  OK, I'll have to check my local listings for that.  I thought it was just a special show where they have people talking about Hot Bodies in Hollywood or whatever.  I didn't realize it was this party.  She hosted & performed.  Second hostess job for her (the Gillette thing).

Our little "belle of the ball" as that one article said.

^Thanks, Diff, for the high-quality download. I just watched it and temporarily forgot Kat was going to be taped walking in that L.A.-area park with Lily.

I'm actually glad Kat's promoting the value of walking over sitting on a bench press for an hour. Most smarter people in the health world will tell you that walking several times a week is all you really need to keep yourself in good shape. You can burn calories, work your calves, etc., without having some trainer screaming in your ear like a drill sergeant. And I agree with Kat that outdoor surroundings are awe-inspiring. That park had a beautiful view of the L.A. area there...and far and above all the smog. I love hiking in places like that myself...especially in areas where you can get amazing views of cities or natural environments.

Oh yeah, that was Michelle with her there--who's a fairly well-known friend to Kat. They've been photographed together (one infamous one from paparazzi after Kat's wisdom teeth surgery in December)--and I heard she's supposed to be a part of Kat's team. That may not be the case now, but it was apparently considered a while back.

Kat's truly a smart person when it comes to moderating what you do in exercise and diet. I hope people listen to her and realize that being in a gym isn't necessarily going to help you on a mental level anyway. Would you rather look at a nice natural view outdoors...or another natural view in a gym we won't go into? Well, for some people, it might help...so it's all a tossup.

At least Kat's shifting the tide somewhat on what a healthy body should look like. I can't say enough about how her influence has already shaped somewhat of a new reality in some women.

After your My Celebrity Home cap I came to realize that nobody, but nobody, does fluff better than you.  We had people popping in, "Oh, I don't get that channel.  I'm not a Kat fan but I'm antiquing a headboard and want some tips on distressing with a chain."  and others chimed in, " You mean your bedspread doesn't need to match your drapes? Details, people, I need details!" 

Thanks again diff and heretofore I never realized that L.L. Cool J was such a workout machine.

The funny thing is that this channel was on while I was sleeping so when I woke up it was the exact time as Kat was coming on, it was pretty ironic seeing as how I wanted to wake up then, because I had missed it last night, but I caught it too late. Anyways, Kat was great I liked how she didn't take it to the gym and she took nature walks instead!

Same thing happened to me, lol, and I agree with you about the nature walks. I'm so sick of hearing about the whole gym workout thing! A good old fashion, energetic walk outside is so much nicer and so much better for the soul!  I love the way Kat thinks on so many levels.

It also helps if you can borrow the family dog if yours happens to be the size of a roller skate and if you decided to run you'd leave it behind in the dust in about 30 seconds. Not to mention there's just something kinda funny about the thought of walking a Chihuahua. Maybe with it in a backpack over your shoulder... does LV make things like that for celebs? (You notice this was supposed to be about A-List people...)
