I wish I had the means to capture media--but hopefully someone captured the bit Leno did tonight showing Kat on Tyra and the now-notorious (nay, famous) McPheel. Leno showed it in slow motion as if it was Tyra getting overly dirty. It was quite funny--though made you feel a bit creepy seeing the copped feel in slow motion. They set it up with Kat removing Tyra's shoes in slow motion. Hopefully Mark or someone were watching and happened to catch it. There's sort of a dearth of Kat media recently (especially funny ones), so it's something that puts Kat in the mainstream media. Too bad it had to be that. People seeing that for the first time probably wondered what in living heck...

Courtesy of Steve (Mutt) over on IDF: Here's a Youtube link to the Leno/Tyra bit from this last week: youtube.com/watch Watching it only casually the first time on TV, I didn't realize that it was a 'Tyra For Girls'/'Tyra For Guys' comparison. Somehow, if Leno was allowed to be dirtier than he usually is, he'd make the 'Guys' one even worse. Even so, I'm sure Tyra's probably ruing every day now after the "McPheel" made the universal rounds in the press...which will now be shown everywhere in slow motion.

^Well, now you know I lurk over on IDF on very rare occasions. I may sign up over there someday...though I'm into consolidation for the most part in the Kat community. Even so, MySpace has thrown that off to some degree. Whatever I forget to say here...I can say it over on Kat's MySpace comment box. Yeah, Steve, I had trouble getting on here the other day too. I just got a blank white screen a few times--and I'm on high-speed. I think Chad must be shutting things down periodically to do that upgrade. And, yes, I notice a lot of regulars who don't frequent here regularly anymore. Even I'm not coming here every day much any more lately. Hopefully when K Lounge opens, we can get back to consolidating everybody at one place for the most part. Factions are horrible. On the other hand, if RCA keeps that public board open at all times at KM.com--they may as well rename it the The Island of Lost Creepy Weirdos.
