Hey, I love this site! I'd found my way here a couple times in the past, but there wasn't much here back in the day. And I think I didn't know how to navigate to the forums... But I finally joined, and this site is great. I've been to a lot of sites, but this is the only good site for Katharine fans only.

I'm from Texas, 17, female, and Katharine is the only American I have ever truly admired... so yeah, definitely my American Idol. ;) I never liked American Idol much, especially after the excitement of the first season died. I watched about half of the first two episodes this season, deciding that I'd just watch the auditions for something to laugh at. Then I saw Paris and thought we had a winner. THEN I heard Katharine and wanted her to win. I think that's when I decided I was going to watch the whole thing. With time, one can only love her more and more! She's the perfect girl and the perfect woman in every way. Yay!

The McPheever is getting more severe... give me another dose!

Well from last week, I feel in love or infatuation with her when she sang that Kenny Rodgers song but I was distracted by her 42" Sony High Definition goodness that was her. I believe that is the first regular TV show I seen in the full high definition signal in it's entirety and oh man oh man. At first I thought it was lame to go with the folks and visit my brother so we can watch American Idol but I was wrong, dead wrong. I doubt you are allowed to discuss ways to see the her performances on the PC but dang I am willing to drive 20 some miles back and forth to see her perform like that. If it weren't for gas prices, I would see the results shows as well.

As for myself, I am 23 years old, live in East Prospect PA, my name is Matt, and plan to work for a label processing plant soon (if that background check goes through). Shame my girlfriend doesn't like her (she is a long time watcher of the show) but I guess that is jellousy. I am in on work hiatus so I am able to see the shows now since I used to work second shift.

I just hope that there would be an American Idol best of on BluRay since for me, Idol, Katharine, and HDTV are hand in hand experiances.

Like most pop performers, I think I would have no chance in hades with her. Besides I have a cute and great singing girlfriend already. Here's to her going all the way to the finals and hope I can take off of work that day.

Hi Chad and all the other Kat fans here.
I'm new to this site, but I normally post on the AI message boards, Kat's thread.  I am so excited for Katharine today, she did so wonderful last night - I'm sure she will go far in this competition now.  She's put a lot of bashers in their place. 

I'm excited to see more on this site, look through all the pictures and stuff. 

Hey Chad - can I download that top pictures somewhere, of Kat in the black shirt turned to the side that's an up close picture???  It's really breathtaking!  She's so cute.  I'd like to make it my avatar.

I'm a newbie here. I totally have a schoolboy crush on Katharine (even though I'm already out of college). I've had McPheever ever since she sang an Ella Fitzgerald song and said Ella is her favorite vocalist (in my opinion, there's no one better). It's funny...I have never followed AI before, and I watched the auditions for this season and decided I wanted to watch because of Paris (when she sang Billie Holiday). But now I'm totally a Katharine fanatic.
